Limited Warranty (Remote Booth™, ProSet™, QuickSet™)
Broadcast Product, Inc. products are built to the highest standards or quality consistent with good economy. Accordingly, Broadcast Products, Inc. warrants its products to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve months under normal use following the date of sale when proof of such is provided to Broadcast Products, Inc.

The warranty requires that the Buyer or his agent assemble and/or install products in accordance with Broadcast Products, Inc.'s instructions. It further requires that the buyer perform reasonable and necessary maintenance on the product. Broadcast Products, Inc. is not liable for abuse or misuse of its products as may be finally determined by inspection by the company.

The obligation of Broadcast Products, Inc. under the terms of this warranty, shall be to repair or replace the defective part at the company's option with no cost to the Buyer for the new or repaired part or to make refund.

If applicable, Broadcast Products, Inc. will authorize repair or replacement as soon as practical. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to arrange for the return of the merchandise to Broadcast Products, Inc. and to assume all costs relating to any incidental damages.

This warranty does not obligate Broadcast Products, Inc. to bear any liability for secondary charges, expenses for installation or removal or any other consequential losses, freight or damages unless so specifies in its quotation. Broadcast Products, Inc.'s liability shall not in any case exceed the price paid for the product claimed to be defective.

This warranty shall not apply to any product or parts of products which have been repaired or altered outside of the Broadcast Products, Inc. factory. This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties of Broadcast Products, Inc. or its distributors. Broadcast Products, Inc. neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume on its behalf any other obligation of liability.

This warranty grants specific rights; other rights also may be granted which differ from state to state.

Warranty (Country Cafe™, Thunder Truck™, Super Roving Radio™, Event Truck™, Crowd Cruiser™)
Other than warranties made by manufacturers of various components of the Country Cafe™, Thunder Truck™, Super Roving Radio™, Event Truck™, and Crowd Cruiser™, and except as otherwise set forth herein SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, TO ANYONE, AS TO THE FITNESS, MERCHANTABILITY, DESIGN, CONDITION, CAPACITY, PERFORMANCE, OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF THE COUNTRY CAFE™, THUNDER TRUCK™, SUPER ROVING RADIO™, EVENT TRUCK™, AND CROWD CRUISER™ OR THEIR MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP. SELLER FURTHER DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY TO PURCHASER OR THIRD PARTIES AS A RESULT OF ANY DEFECTS, LATENT OR OTHERWISE, IN THE COUNTRY CAFE™, THUNDER TRUCK™, SUPER ROVING RADIO™, EVENT TRUCK™, AND CROWD CRUISER™ WHETHER ARISING FROM SELLER'S NEGLIGENCE OR APPLICATION OF THE LAWS OF STRICT LIABILITY.
